I approach my coaching roles as a guide, facilitator and educator. Coaching with me will deepen your learning, improve your performance and enhance the quality of your thinking. You will experience it as one of the most personal and customized self-development programs. My coaching program is assessment-based and geared towards very specific objectives. To achieve results, I work with clients one-on-one and in teams with the responsible and ethical use of formal psychometric and leadership and emotional intelligence assessment tools, as well as proven processes involving assessment, action planning, and execution. The program is suited for those who are prepared to do the work required to develop and follow an action plan for self-growth. One of the most effective ways of increasing your emotional intelligence is through coaching. Coaching for Emotional Intelligence starts with measuring your emotional intelligence in the four major areas of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management. Coaching within an emotional intelligence framework helps develop your ability to manage yourself so that you can achieve your goals.
